Unfortunately, the Galactic Union — a sprawling alliance of hundreds of species — arrives without warning and offers Earth a simple choice: join the Union or be destroyed. Suddenly, O‑DEAR becomes the accidental frontline of humanity’s interstellar diplomacy.

The O‑DEAR Files are reconstructed from classified memos, panicked correspondence, and heavily redacted reports from the department’s archives. Case 001 chronicles the chaotic founding of O‑DEAR and humanity’s first bewildering months trying to gain admittance into the Galactic Union.

    Captain of the GUBS (Galactic Union Bureaucratic Services) Ironic, and the senior-most military commander in the Orion Sector
